The ความสามารถและความร่วมมือด้านซัพพลายเชนเพื่อสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืนของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอินทผลัมในประเทศไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) องค์ประกอบของความสามารถและความร่วมมือด้านซัพพลายเชน ความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน และความยั่งยืน และ 2) อิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของความสามารถและความร่วมมือด้านซัพพลายเชน ความสามารถในการแข่งขันที่มีต่อความอย่างยั่งยืนของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอินทผลัมในประเทศไทย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอินทผลัม จำนวน 328 ราย โดยผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลทั้งหมดจากประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถด้านซัพพลายเชนประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การจัดซื้อ การผลิต การจัดส่ง การส่งคืน และการสนับสนุน ความร่วมมือด้านซัพพลายเชนประกอบด้วย ความไว้วางใจ การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และการจัดตำแหน่งแรงจูงใจร่วมกัน ความสามารถทางการแข่งขันประกอบด้วย คุณภาพ ต้นทุน และการตอบสนอง และความยั่งยืนประกอบด้วย เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยความสามารถและความร่วมมือด้านซัพพลายเชนมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการสร้างขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนั้น ความสามารถด้านซัพพลายเชนมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อความยั่งยืนโดยมีอิทธิพลส่งผ่านความร่วมมือด้านซัพพลายเชนและความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน โดยเกษตรกรควรให้ความสำคัญกับการวางแผน การพัฒนาคุณภาพ การเพิ่มผลผลิต การลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน และการพัฒนาช่องทางการตลาดด้วยการสร้างแรงจูงใจและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ในการดำเนินงานทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ ลดต้นทุนและการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าร่วมกันระหว่างเครือข่ายเกษตรกรที่ปลูกอินทผลัมด้วยการให้ความสำคัญต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบนอกภายในชุมชน การจัดสวัสดิการและความปลอดภัยของสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน การพัฒนาความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการภายใต้สภาวะวิกฤติให้สามารถยืนหยัดและต้านทานความยากลำบาก รวมถึงปรับตัวอย่างเท่าทันเพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์จากการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
