Abstract

The objectives of this article are 1) to study the supplier innovation and logistics efficiency in the supplying frozen food in modern supermarkets through the relationship of learning and information integration. 2) To study the influence of supplier innovation on logistics efficiency in the supplying frozen food in modern supermarkets through the relationship of learning and information integration. The quantitative research method is used as the research design. The questionnaire and in-depth interviews are used for collecting data 276 samples from a population of 417 locations, respectively. CFA and SEM are used for analyzing data with inferential statistics. The content analysis mothed is used to analyze qualitative data. The results show that 1) Supplier innovation has the most positive direct influence on suppliers' logistics efficiency in the supplying frozen food in modern supermarkets. It also has a direct and positive influence on the relationship of learning and information respectively. 2) Supplier innovation has a direct and positive influence on suppliers' logistics efficiency in supplying frozen food in modern supermarkets in terms of cost, timeliness and reliability through the relationship of learning and integrating information. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of logistics in the supplying frozen food in modern supermarkets in Thailand, they should provide awareness and practices that emphasize supplier innovation related to the business.
