Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a model for measuring the components of the service supply chain confirmation of hospitals in Bangkok. The sample group used for the study was 446 medical personnel with at least 1 year of working experience towards the service of hospitals in Bangkok by using a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the observational data were consistent with values χ2=266.483, df=155, p<0.001, χ2/df=1.719, RMSEA=0.040, CFI=0.970. , TLI=0.964, SRMR=0.044 meets the good conformity criteria. The service supply chain measurement model of Bangkok hospitals has 6 components: 1) Capacity and Resource Management 2) Order Process Management 3) Demand Management 4) Customer Relationship Management 5) Supplier Relationship Management and 6) Service Performance Management. The results of this study can be used as a guideline to improve service differentiation and meet customer needs to increase competitiveness in the healthcare business.
