A Problem Study to Development The Thesis and Independent Study Manual of Graduate Regulation: A case of MBA. Logistics and Supply Chain Management Suan Sunadha Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purpose of this research were (1) to study a problem in using the thesis and independent study manual (2) to develop the thesis and independent  study manual that can be used efficiently. This research was a mixed methods  research by using the observation and group discussion in qualitative research, using questionnaire for quantitative research. The sample were lecturer, staff and student of the curriculum. The instrument was a questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.   The research findings showed that the thesis and independent study manual including course details, graduate studies, admission systems, enrollment, examination, evaluation of educational, study aboard, termination, condition of completion. The manual users were satisfied at the “highest”  level of satisfaction ( = 4.93, SD = 0.24). Before the manual development, users had difficulty understanding the rules, the process of performing the task that delayed error resulted After the development and use the manual, the problem was decreased.
