gathering was a questionnaire, and the statistics used in data analysis were frequency counts,
percentage, average, and standard deviation values.
The research results revealed that an overall practical management was problematic
at a high severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.53, SD = 0.72). When considered on individual aspect, it was
found that the correctness of merchandise transportation bogies or trailer bogies was
problematic at the highest severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.66, SD = 0.79); on overall, environment was
problematic at a medium severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.20, SD = 0.66); by aspect, the level of lighting
for working at night was problematic at a high severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.69, SD = 0.64); on overall,
working personnel was problematic at a medium severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 2.94, SD = 0.69); by
considering on aspect, it was found that modern rules and regulations which conformed to
quick at the highest severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.38, SD = 0.84) and convenient practice together with
machinery and equipment, on overall, were problematic at a medium severity level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 2.93,

to the needs of customers at a high level, and the number of locomotives for the merchandise
trains at the Office of Merchandise Delivery at Phaholyothin District was sufficient at a medium
level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.54, SD = 0.72 , and gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.34, SD = 0.58) in that order.
