Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the opinion of supply chain of selling product
through face book: case study, cosmetic pre -order by SCOR model. The data were collected
by the questionnaires; non-probability sampling by Purposive sampling. The sample is 100 of
cosmetic pre -order vendors on face book and 400 of buyers. The statistics for analysis were
frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results revealed that the most vendor of cosmetic pre- order on face book are
female, 26-35 years old , married , undergraduate , sale experiences on face book were lesser
than 1 year and monthly income 10,000 baht.
The opinions of supply chain of selling process through face book indicated that the
samples were coincided with plan, source, make, delivery and return. The buyers are most
female, single, 26-35 years old, undergraduate, averaged 1-3 times for ordering per month
and monthly 15,000 baht.
Summary of opinions on the process of selling products via Facebook case study of
cosmetics retailers by SCOR theory as Plan, Source, Make, Delivery and Return that the overall
rating is very favorable.
