03 The Relationship between Supply Chain management and Logistics service provider capability of entrepreneurs in Surat Thani provinces

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) To study the relationship between palm oil
supply chain management and service providing capability 2) To study management level of
entrepreneur between palm oil supply chain management and service providing capability
3) To study the personality factor of courtyard entrepreneur and logistic service providing
capability and. 4). To study the relationship between service and service providing capability by
sampling group which was the courtyard entrepreneur in Surat-Thani province for 300 people
therefore statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation (SD)
Research result found that most questionnaire respondents were the female, 31- 40 years
of age, education; undergraduate degree, minor entrepreneur, source of fund from self-funded
and supply chain management analysis to meet the demand of entrepreneurs in Surat-Thani
province as service providing capability of palm oil courtyard entrepreneur in Surat-Thani in
overview at high (Mean = 4.65, SD = 0.25), when considered revenue found that warranty had
significant at highest level (Mean = 4.84, SD = 0.30), then the reliability and trust and overview
of supply chain management was relationship with the service providing capability of palm oil
entrepreneur in Surat-Thani, this was the statistically significant at 0.01
