Abstract

This research is a survey research, aimed to investigate the level of passenger satisfaction with service vans conditioning, study the factors that affect the personal satisfaction of passengers and factors related to travel are affecting passenger satisfaction with Form of service’s air-conditioned vans Case Study: Bangkok - Pranburi route. Assumption as users have gender, age, marital status, education, occupation, income, expenses that are used in the service, during the time spent in the service, frequency of using, waiting period of service different, level of satisfaction with different aspects of the service. The tool is a questionnaire which researched is the use of 400 by Taro Yamane’s table. The statistics used to compile the data were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation statistics, T-Test and One-way ANOVA.
Results of the study were mainly female, age range 21-30 years of undergraduate study, single farmers, the average monthly income of 15,001-20,000 baht / month about the departure of the customer's intended use of the trip. Tourism is the frequency of use 1-2 times / month period of service, during the morning rush hour (6:30 to 9:30 pm.), waiting period of about 16-20 minutes to wait for the van are the largest number. The results include the satisfaction of form of air-conditioned vans Case Study: Bangkok - Pranburi route about the fare, travel time, crew manner, safety, comfortable and reliability were satisfied with mediocre. The assumption of the fact that personal factors and factors related to travel in different satisfaction as well.
