05 Factors affecting the research process of personnel of the College of Logistics and Supply chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Education Center.

Abstract

The factors affecting the created research process of officer in College of Logistic and
Supply Chain of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were quantitative research this objective
was 1). To study about academic supporting officer in College of Logistic and Supply Chain
2). To study about factors affecting the created research of academic supporting officer of
College of Logistic and Supply Chain and 3). To find the solution of research development of
academic supporting officer of College of Logistic and Supply Chain by selection population and
sampling group of them in the practical from College of Logistic and Supply Chain at Nakhon
Pathom Education Center for 23 people; however, the tool in this research was questionnaire
and statistics used in this research as data analysis for instance frequency, percentage (%),
mean () and standard deviation (SD)
Research result found that skill factor affected the academic supporting officer in the
overview at the moderate of (=3.08) If you considered in each article found that searching
the document and corrective research source at (=3.23), knowing of research method at
(=3.22) and creating and selecting data interpretation tool and research result report
correctly at (=3.13)
Overview in term of attitude to do research was the most of =3.67. If you considered
each of article found that the research was the key mission of academic supporting officer
in college, it was highest furthermore the research also created the new innovation and the
goal because it was more academic benefit than return about (=4.07), (=3.95) and (=3.91)
respectively.
