09 Service quality water supply of Kangsean sub-district municipality Muang district of Kanchanaburi province.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1.study Service quality water supply 2.The different
of personal factors that affect the level service quality water supply of Kangsean Sub-District
Municipality Muang District of Kanchanaburi Province.
The sample group in this study was 337 households water user in Kangsean Sub-District
Municipality Muang District of Kanchanaburi Province. A contacted questionnaire was used as
a tool to research. The Statistics used in analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard
deviation, One way ANOVA and LSD test at a significant level of .05.
The research findings were as follows:
1. Most service provider were residence the average income per month between 5,001-
15,000 baths. Most household member 3-4 people and the contact note the water meter
and pay the water bill.
2. The Service quality water supply of Kangsean Sub-District Municipality Muang District
of Kanchanaburi Province, were overall at a high level, ranking in the order of mean from high
to low as understanding and knowing customer, courtesy,creditability, competence, access
,responsiveness and communication.
3. The hypothesis findings were as follows service provider who had different by water
users and number of household members level had quality towards the service quality at
a statistically significant level of .05 but service provider different who had average income
per month and the contact did not have different level quality towards the Service quality
water supply.
