Abstract

A Study on the employee’s performance of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited
in Suvarnabhumi airport based on the objectives as follows: 1. To study on the employee’s
productivity of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited in Suvarnabhumi airport. 2. To
study the factors affecting to the employee’s performance of Airports of Thailand Public
Company Limited in Suvarnabhumi airport. 3. To study and discover the improvement
operation’s guideline for the employeeof Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited in
Suvarnabhumi airport by applying the mixed-methods research on in-depth interview with the
five executives and on the 335 questionnaires.
The research found that 1) The employee’s performance of Airports of Thailand Public
Company Limited in Suvarnabhumi airport is in the satisfaction level. The factors which effect
to the performance are; organization’s policy, organization culture, Information and technology,
Knowledge training, and Working environment. The relationship between employees and their
supervisor and their colleague is in the good level. The factors on the leadership, welfare, and
career path give the result in the moderate level. 2) Hypothesis testing results that the salary
factor affect to the employee’s performance of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited
in Suvarnabhumi airportwith statistically significant at the .05 level. The organization’s policy,
information and technology, knowledge training, welfare, career path, and working
environment factors with the relationship between employees and supervisor and colleague
factors are results in the same appearance with the statistically significant at the .05 level.
