Factors Affecting Health and Safety in Operation of Personnel of Pho Prathap Chang Subdistrict Municipality Pho Prathap Chang District Phichit Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are to 1) study the level of health and safety in the work of employees, 2) factors affecting the health and safety of employees in work, and 3) study problems, obstacles, and suggestions. To promote health and safety in the work of employees Conduct quantitative research The data were collected from the entire population, namely 183 employees of Pho Prathap Chang Subdistrict Municipality. The tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and multiple regression analysis By selecting independent variables using the Enter Method. The research results found that 1) the level of health and safety in the work of employees Overall, it is at a high level. 2) Factors that affect the health and safety of employees at work. Overall, it is at a high level. And from the hypothesis test, it was found that Work characteristics factors (X1) and economic factors (X2) influence health and safety at work. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level as follows : (1) Problems and obstacles are damaged tools and equipment for work. The allocated budget is insufficient. and there are no clear guidelines for preventing accidents and losses from employees' work. (2) The suggestion is that the municipality should allocate a budget sufficient to purchase tools and equipment for work. Work tools and equipment should be maintained and ready for use at all times. Guidelines for preventing accidents and losses from employee operations should be clearly established and cover all types of operations.
