The sample consisted of 385 service users. The instrument employed was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis represent mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Among all aspects considered, the quality of service had the highest average, followed by information technology systems; 2) the comparison of the operational effectiveness of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University’s staff classified by personal factors, indicated that staff with different ages, educational levels, work experiences, and departments had differing levels of operational effectiveness in the vehicle service unit and procurement management of vehicle services, with statistical significance at the .05 level; and 3) guidelines for developing the effectiveness of operations in the vehicle service units’ procurement management and vehicle services, include improving the car reservation system through the use of new and standardized technology, continuous enhancement of car booking processes, and developing service quality aspects such as excellent service, prompt assistance, service-minded staff, and positive human relations. The research used both qualitative and quantitative methods. The samples consisted of 300 secondary school students in grades 1-6 and 10 teachers from secondary schools in the western region, including Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan. The data collection tools included questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The research results found that the application of religious principles, such as organizing practical activities related to the Five Precepts, integrating religious teachings in lessons, and using group activities to raise awareness of morality and ethics, resulted in enhancing positive behaviors, such as honesty, responsibility, and respect for others. Students who participated in the activities had significantly higher scores in ethics and positive behaviors (p &lt; 0.05) compared to the group that did not participate. The research employed primary data collection through in-depth interviews with one tourism expert, three business experts, and 15 tourists, as well as secondary data collection from social media platforms. The system testing was conducted with a sample group of 30 tourists. This qualitative research collected data through in-depth interviews with 30 purposively selected participants, including municipal executives, government officials, and local service users. Data were analyzed using content analysis.</p> <p>The findings reveal that Sam Phran Municipality has implemented Smart City initiatives, particularly in public safety, by deploying CCTV cameras with facial recognition, vehicle registration detection, and real-time vehicle counting technology. Additionally, the municipality has introduced PM 2.5 air pollution monitoring and alert systems, as well as public notification services via the LINE OA application. However, challenges remain in terms of personnel’s technological skills, budget constraints, legal and regulatory barriers to program development, and data security issues. Key success factors include personnel training, budget allocation, continuous system maintenance and enhancement, and legal adjustments to ensure secure and accessible public services. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving interviews with 20 key informants, data were analyzed by content analysis, and the findings were presented in a descriptive format. The findings revealed that (1) challenges include the complexity of tax laws, delays in legal consultations with relevant agencies, a shortage of personnel, a lack of public understanding and cooperation, and insufficient communication channels, all of which reduce tax collection efficiency. (2) Factors affecting effectiveness include budget and equipment readiness, but a shortage of skilled personnel, outdated land ownership data, and overly complex public information that confuses taxpayers. A qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with 20 key stakeholders, including representatives from government agencies, the private sector, and local communities. The data were analyzed using content analysis.</p> <p>The findings indicate that the social enterprise in Don Phut District operates through an integrated approach, involving collaboration across various sectors to address local income issues. The enterprise focuses on developing high-value agriculture using organic innovations to enhance product value, while allocating at least 70% of its profits to community development. Key success factors include strong leadership, active participation from all sectors, and government support. This model can serve as a template for other districts, emphasizing community resilience, self-sufficiency, income generation, and support for vulnerable groups. The sample consisted of 223 personnel of the provincial tourism and sports offices in the central region and 9 key informants. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, and content analysis. The sample consisted of 377 elderly people living in local administrative organizations in Bang Saphan Noi District and 14 key informants. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, chi-square, multiple regression, and content analysis. The results of the study found that 1) the overall digital technology skill development of the elderly was at a high level. 2) Personal characteristics, including education level and average monthly income, were significantly related to digital technology skill development of the elderly at a statistical level of 0.001. Age and occupation were significantly related at a statistical level of 0.01. 3) Factors of technology acceptance of the elderly, including perceived benefits, social influence, and perceived ease of use, were significantly related to digital technology skill development of the elderly. Statistically significant at the 0.001 level and attitudes towards usage have a statistically significant relationship at the 0.01 level. 4) Guidelines for enhancing digital technology skills of the elderly found that knowledge and understanding should be provided through various channels. Data were collected through questionnaires from a sample population of 400 individuals. According to the research, public confidence in Trat Province regarding the economic performance of Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin’s government is at a moderate level overall. Confidence in urgent policy measures had an average score of 2.97. Confidence in economic policies averaged at 2.88. There is a cause-and-effect relationship with management at a significance level of 0.01 in terms of morality and transparency. The results of the study found that 1) new public management was at a high level overall and in each aspect. 2) Different personal characteristics, including gender, age, marital status, highest level of education, average monthly income, and length of employment, had no different opinions towards new public management. 3) Good governance, participation, and transparency had a causal relationship with new public management. The research results found that 1) The overall level of helmet wearing behavior of people in Sawankhalok Municipality, was at a high level. 2) The overall level of factors affecting the helmet wearing behavior of people in Sawankhalok Municipality, were at a high. From the hypothesis testing, it was found that the factors of perception of safety and risk (X1) and the factors of law enforcement and control measures (X2) had a statistically significant effect on helmet wearing behavior of people in Sawankhalok Municipality at the .05 level. The prediction equations were created in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows: raw score prediction = +.175(X1) +.157(X2) and standard score prediction = +.269(Z1) + .372(Z2). The research sample was 300 employees working in hybrid workplaces. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and the researcher collected data using an online questionnaire. A total of 245 completed questionnaires were received, resulting in a response rate of 79.29%. The data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results found that employees had a high level of opinions on supporting hybrid workplaces factors in terms of policies and practices, work systems and technology, supervisors, and employee characteristics. Additionally, employees reported high levels of work-life balance. Further, different personal factors, such as gender, age, education level, job position, department, work experience, and office location, affected employees’ work-life balance. Data were collected from 200 military officers under the Army Internal Audit Office of the Royal Thai Army, AIAO.RTA. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The research results showed that. 1) The motivation of military officers in terms of motivation factors, consisting of 5 aspects: work achievement, esteem, responsibility, and career advancement, was found to be at a high level in all aspects, except for job description, which was at a moderate level. In terms of supporting factors, there are 7 aspects: compensation, relationship with superiors, relationship with colleagues, policy and management, work environment, job satisfaction, and happiness at work. All aspects were found to be at a high level. 2) Length of employment, departments, and ages, there were statistically significant effects on the motivation of military officers. Problems in developing monastic land include: 1) Laws: Laws are not strictly enforced due to changes in contractual parties without legal approval. 2) The Sangha is kindly managing monastic land for Buddhists to use, but has assigned relevant persons to operate. 3) The committee is a representative of the temple, but some areas cannot enforce the regulations. 4) Contracts: Some monastic land plots were leased by the original lessee to a third party, and the lease period is unknown, making it difficult to follow up and make a new contract. 2. The development process of monastic land includes: 1) Houses/communities: This allows planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and responding to the needs of all parties. 2) Temples/abbots develop monastic land efficiently and benefit the religion and community. 3) Government agencies and the public sector play a role in supporting and promoting the development of monastic land to benefit all parties fairly. 3. The four academic administration strategies were compared, classified by school size, and the academic administration strategies were analyzed. The sample consisted of 285 teachers, who were selected using the Krejci and Morgan table using the stratified random sampling method. The qualified persons for interviews were 5 school administrators under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Phetchaburi, using the purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires with a reliability of 0.347 and interview forms. Data analysis from the questionnaires used statistics such as frequency, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and Scheffe’s method. Content analysis was used for the interviews. The results of the research found that 1) the academic administration strategies of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions were at a moderate level overall. It was survey research using quantitative data collection methods. research tools were questionnaires. &nbsp;Population includes consumers aged 20 years old and faith interested and buying sacred objects, and purchase intention. The sample size is 200 samples, equal to 20 times of the variables in the model, which are derived from number of observed variables (10) timed by 20. Structural equation model analysis (SEM) which is a multivariate analysis is used for analyzing the data.</p> <p>The results show that the significance levels of reference groups, and purchasing intention are rated from moderate to high. The analysis of influence of reference groups in the models shows that influence of reference groups, on purchase intention with statistical significance at the 0.001 level. The research methodology was quantitative research. The sample group was 244 personnel of private schools in the system under the Office of the Provincial Education, Phichit. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, The research results showed that 1) the level of human resource development in private schools in the system, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. 2) Personnel with different ages, education levels, positions, and length of service had different opinions on the level of human resource development in private schools in the system, with statistical significance at the .05 level. And 3) Suggested guidelines for human resource development are self-development training should be provided according to the curriculum of the subject matter that is in line with the subject matter group or can be applied to actual work.
