PROMOTING THE ROLE OF TEAMWORK AMONG STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM, FACULTY OF EDUCATION, BANGKOKTHONBURI UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The objective of this article research were: 1) To promote teamwork of Educational Administration students, and 2) To compare the promotion of teamwork roles of Educational Administration students, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University. This research is a survey research. The population and sample were Educational Administration students, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University, academic year 2024, totaling 250 people. The sample group was determined using the Krejci and Morgan comparison table and proportional stratified random sampling, totaling 152 people. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. The research results found that 1) The promotion of teamwork roles of students in the Educational Administration Program, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University, overall and in each aspect was at the highest level, The average values are arranged from highest to lowest as follows: First, cooperation - listening to problems and suggestions for work that occur. Second, continuous improvement - encouraging friends in the same field to prioritize student quality, and creativity - giving team members a chance to work together in a variety of ways. Finally, communication - listening to problems and suggestions for work, and coordination - organizing activities to build good relationships. 2) Comparison of promotion of teamwork roles of students in the Educational Administration Program, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University, classified by work experience and size of educational institution, found that students in the Educational Administration Program, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University, with different work experience and size of educational institution, had no different. Affect the promotion of teamwork roles of students in the Educational Administration Program, Faculty of Education, Bangkokthonburi University.
