THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE OF BANLAMNOW SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION BANGKHAN DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To study the provision of infrastructure services to the people of Ban Lam Nao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Khan District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and 2) Guidelines for providing infrastructure services to the people of Ban Lam Nao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Khan District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. It is a mixed methods research. The sample group consisted of 400 people and 5 key informants. The research tools were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that: 1. Providing infrastructure services to the people of Ban Lam Nao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Khan District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Overall, every aspect was at a high level (𝑥̅ = 3.84, S.D. = 0.54). When considering each aspect in order of the average from highest to lowest, it was found that the road side had the highest average (𝑥̅ = 3.99, S.D. = 0.41). is at a high level, followed by the water supply side (𝑥̅ = 3.92, S.D. = 0.46) is at a high level, and the side with the lowest average is the lighting side (𝑥̅ = 3.60, S.D. = 0.76) is at a high level. 2. Guidelines Promoting infrastructure services to the people of Ban Lam Nao Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Khan District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 1) There should be a plan to repair public electricity in the village. 2) There should be repairs to interior lighting. village and have good services. 3) Public electricity should be installed in the village to be appropriate. 4) Water supply within the village should be managed to have quality. 5) There should be a plan for the development of water supply within the village to be suitable. can be clean and 6) should inspect, improve, and correct the operating conditions of the road
