Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study human resource management strategies in the digital era for Guangxi University with mixed medthod research. The population used in the research was a group of 375 administrators in 10 public universities in Guangxi with purposive sampling. The research tools included A questionnaire that had been analyzed through SWOT and group discussions. Using a specific selection method The research tool is a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence level of .91. Statistics used for data analysis include percentages, averages, and standard deviations and content analysis. The results of the research found that the current situation of human resource management strategies in the digital age of Guangxi University in all 6 areas was at a high level (gif.latex?\mu = 3.63). When considering the research results in various areas, the values ​​ranged from highest to lowest as follows: highest average is Salary and welfare management (gif.latex?\mu = 3.66), followed by recruitment management (gif.latex?\mu = 3.65), and human resource planning had the lowest value (gif.latex?\mu = 3.47). In this regard, guidelines for improving education management towards internationalization in Guangdong University, People's Republic of China, including: 1) The current situation of human resource management in the digital age of Guangxi University is at a high level. which includes Salary and welfare management Personnel recruitment management performance evaluation Training and development Employee relations management and human resource planning 2) For the human resource management strategies in the digital era for Guangxi University include: Improving human resource planning Development of personnel recruitment management Promoting training and development Performance evaluation support Upgrading salary and welfare management and solving employee relations management problems according to the organization's strategy.
