Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the conditions and problems of internal supervision operations of schools. Expanding educational opportunities in new crisis situations 2) To find ways to develop the internal supervision of schools in expanding educational opportunities in new crisis situations. Thung Wang Nam Daeng School Group Under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, the research is a combination of survey research and qualitative research. Target groups include: Educational institution administrators and school teachers expand educational opportunities. Qualitative data through interviews The research tools used were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and an interview form. Determine and prioritize internal supervision problems in accordance with the school context. In terms of planning, goals are set and priorities are set for supervision within the school together. On the practical side, there is a systematic planning of supervision operations within the school. In terms of monitoring and evaluation, there is the appointment of a subcommittee to monitor and evaluate the supervision of teaching and learning.
