GUIDELINES FOR IMPROVING THE INFORMATIZATION LEADERSHIP OF THE PUBLIC UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATORS OF GUANGXI PROVINCE IN CHINA

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to evaluate ways to improve the information leadership of administrators at public universities in Guangxi Province in China. The population included presidents or vice-rectors, administrators, and professors at universities in Yunnan Province.
The interviewees for this study were 10 experienced administrators and 365 full-time lecturers at public universities in Guangxi, totaling 375 people, who were experts in evaluating the adaptability and feasibility of approaches. The practice is 7 experienced administrators in public universities in Guangxi. The research tool was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with confidence at the .93 level. Statistics for data analysis include percentages, means, and standard deviations. and content analysis The results of the research found that the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the guidelines for improving information leadership of administrators of public universities in Guangxi Province in China were found to be at the highest overall level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the greatest was information technology resources, followed by human resources. Administrative resources Resources in materials, equipment, and buildings financial resources and the least are time resources, respectively. Administrators and teachers, these two types of professional personnel need to receive a variety of resources due to their academic or teaching work. and there is a high level of interest in sharing university resources. These two types of occupations have relatively stable resource demands and are the main forces in the resource sharing process. Management Participation Using information technology for the benefit of the organization as a whole Including access to information and managing resources in the agency for maximum benefit for stable future development.
