FORMAT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PLAN ADMINISTRATION FOUNDATION IN THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. to study the management of foundations in Thailand to formulate development plans; 2. to study the management of foundations in Thailand to formulate strategies and development plans in Thailand. 3. To propose a form for the preparation of an appropriate development plan of the Foundation in Thailand. This qualitative research method targeted the members of the Luangtanoi Foundation Executive Committee. Disaster Relief Volunteers under the Wissanu Unit 39-00 Board of Directors of the Bhavana Phuttho Foundation government personnel personnel from private agencies Personnel performing duties related to the work of the Foundation and all involved with this research topic, 20 persons, the method Key Informant Interview is an interview by specifying a specific respondent. The research found that the current situation in the management of foundations in Thailand, as a whole, the management problems of foundations in Thailand and requirements included 1) the need for the organization's structure to be improved in which included improvement on various rules and regulations to be flexible, not redundant, and universal, 2) the need to be adjusted on  attitudes and methods among personnel to be in line with competitive situations and changes in society and 3) the need of the budget to be distributed and in line with needs, which mainly considering the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget. In term of strategies for management of foundations in Thailand, they were categorized into five strategies, five objectives, and five tactics.
