Abstract

The purpose of study on 1) Strengthening the leadership of effective educational administrators 2) To assess the enhance the leadership of educational administrators effectively. 3) Guidelines for enhancing the leadership of effective educational administrators of private universities in Guangxi Province. There were mixed-method research.They were selected by purposive sampling method 20 people from each university, totaling 480 people. The interview group was the president or vice president of the university. 1 person per university, totaling 24 people. The group of appraisers for the suitability of the implementation consisted of experts from the university. and those who have main roles in policy and strategic management, totaling 20 people. The data were collected by using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and were statistically analyzed in percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The finding of the study on Guidelines for enhancing the leadership of educational administrators effectively of private universities in Guangxi Province Executives have a generous mind. Support and help personnel within the organization as wellthere are various techniques and methods in administration. Executives can place themselves in a proper manner with respect to all personnel within the organization. neutralize Be respected, loved and believed by people within the organization. have skills and experience in solving various problems appropriately
