THE OPINIONS OF THE INVESTIGATOR POLICE OFFICERS UNDER THE PROVINCIAL POLICE NAKHON SAWAN PROVINCE TOWARDS THE PERFORMANCE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING INCIDENTS

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were to: 1) study the level of the opinions of investigator police officers with Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police which effected to the performance of human trafficking incident. 2) study and compare the opinions of investigator police officers which effected to the performance of human trafficking incident classified the factors personally. 3) study the relationship between law knowledge about Anti Human Trafficking in Persons Act and the opinions of investigator police officers which effected to the performance of human trafficking incident for use in the development or improvement of policies Effective action plan of investigators police officers with Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police. by using the quantitative research Use questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The population who we used in this research were investigator police officers with Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police from 28 institutes, 132 people by stratified random sampling proportionally and simple random sampling. We got 100 people as our sampling. statistical data analysis, percentage, average, T-test, One way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The result of this study are as follows: 1) Law knowledge about Anti Human Trafficking in Persons Act is high overall. 2) The opinions of investigator police officers with Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police which effected to the performance of human trafficking incident overall are medium. The hypothesis test result found that investigator police officers with Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police was differed by genders statistically significant at 0.5 3) Law knowledge about Anti Human Trafficking in Persons Act is unrelated to the opinions of investigator police officers with Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police.
