THE WAY OF LIFE BASED ON PANCA SILA AND PANCA DHAMMA OF STUDENTS IN MAIRIANG PRACHASAN SCHOOL, CHAWANG DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this academic article was to study the way to live according to Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students in Maireangprachasan school, to compare the way to live according to Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students in Maireangprachasan school and to study the suggestions on problem and resolution on the way to live according to Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students in Maireangprachasan school. The samples are 217 persons, sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, the instrument for data collection was questionnaire. The statistics were applied as follows, frequency, percentage arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The findings were as follows: 1) The way to live according to Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students by overview was at more level and, 2) The comparative result according to live with according Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students classified in terms of class levels, average grades, parents’ occupation found that they were different are statistical significant at .001 and monthly income there was different as statistical significant at .01, and 3) The suggestion on the way to promote the way to live according to Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students found that there should have the activity for training students on the right behavior in terms of justice and honesty to themselves and others. Recommendation is to promote on way of life with Panca Sila-Panca Dhamma of students in Maireangprachasan school to co-ordinate with temple.
