LIQUIDTY MANAGEMENT AFFECTS THE FIRM GROWTH OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE (SMES) IN THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of this research article aim to analyze liquidity management. cash management and working capital management that affect the growth of the business using a quantitative research model The sample group is accountants of small and medium-sized businesses in Thailand. Sampling with a simple random method the questionnaire was used to collect the data of 400. Data were analyzed from the questionnaire. The researcher used the data to analyze by finding the percentage, mean and standard deviation. using a statistical package program and using descriptive statistical methods. Inferential Statistics for Hypothesis Testing in interpreting and presenting the results showed that accountants of SMEs in Thailand Most of them are female, aged over 30-35 years old, have a bachelor's degree and have 6-10 years of work experience. liquidity management and working capital management that affect the growth of the business at a high-level which liquidity management cash management And working capital management affects the growth of the business. The statistical significance at the 0.05 level was found to be in accordance with the assumptions and research objectives. and can be used as a guideline for planning and business operations to enable the business to have liquidity in cash management Working capital management that will affect the growth of the business in terms of net profit and have sufficient liquidity making the operation of the business to be effective including It can also be used to plan business operations to make businesses ready to deal with economic conditions that can fluctuate in the present.
