THE ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT THE LEARNING MODEL OF THE 21ST CENTURY STUDENTS’ LEARNING SKILLS ACCORDING THE LEARNING AND INNOVATION SKILL OF SCHOOLS IN THE EASTERN REGION

Abstract

          This article is intended. The research was participatory action research and there are 3 steps to precede such as 1) to analyze the situation regarding skills development of the students in the 21st century 2) to create guidelines for improve / develop learning activities 3) the strategic planning is an activities to support learning model of the 21st century students' learning skills according the learning and innovation skill of schools in the Eastern region. The representative of the school using in-depth interview form selects the specific model by main informant was school administrators, teachers and students all 100 persons. The participatory observation by content analysis and then classify the data and synthesize the summary result. The study suggest that activities to support learning model of the 21st century students' learning skills according the learning and innovation skill of schools in the Eastern region were integrated learning management that including with 1) planning such as educational activities and integrated activity development 2) learning management such as teachers, students, media, teaching methods, test and evaluation and 3) class room environment that provide to study such as students, teachers and school administrator. It was found that the problem and obstacle of students and teachers such as 1) not ready to learn and lack of discipline 2) less of concentration and interested in studying 3) they couldn’t access modern equipment and media 4) it wasn’t ready for every semester 5) no continuation and 6) it was ready for class room only.
