THE POPULATION DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO FIVE PRECEPTS PRINCIPLES OF BANWANGPA COMMUNITY, THOONGTHAMSAO SUB-DISTRICT, HADYAI DISTRICT, SONGKHLA PROVINCE

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were as follow: 1) To study the population development according to Five Precepts principles of Banwangpa community Thoongthamsao Sub-district, Hadyai district, Songkhla province and 2) To study the guidelines for promoting population development according to Five Precepts principles of Banwangpa community Thoongthamsao Sub-district, Hadyai district, Songkhla province.

          The results of the research found that: 1) Population development according to Five Precepts principles of Banwangpa community Thoongthamsao Sub – district, Hadyai district, Songkhla province. Overall, in all  5 areas, were at the lowest level, having an average value (  = 1.46) when considering in each aspect, it was found that security aspects of life the least average (   = 1.84), followed by the security of physical health and intelligence (  = 1.48) in the verbal security (  = 1.44) in the security of family institution (  = 1.30) and property security (   = 1.25). When considering by gender, age, education level, occupation and monthly income, it is found that the population development is in accordance with the Five Precepts principles of the community and visit Banwangpa is at the lowest level. 2) The suggestions on ways to promote population development in accordance with the Five Precepts of the Banwangpa community Thoongthamsao sub-district, Hadyai district, Songkhla province found that the population proposed guidelines for promoting population development based on the Five Precepts principles in terms of physical security and the least intelligence because this side, if there is a lot of practice, causes other practices that are not followed accordingly.
