THE FACTOR AN INFLUENCE TO INTERNSHIP TEACHING IN SCHOOL OF COLLEGIAN IN FACULTY OF EDUCATION THAI LANGUAGE TEACHING PROGRAM 5th : A CASE STUDY YASOTHON BUDDHIST COLLAGE ON THE SEMESTER 2017

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To study the problems of teaching practice in educational institutions of students Thai language teaching program faculty of education Yasothon Buddhist College. 2) To study the factors which influence the students' teaching practice Thai language teaching program faculty of education Yasothon Buddhist College. and 3) To suggest a guideline for managing teaching practices in the educational institution of students and to apply the research results to apply in the teaching and learning management. population and sample are the fifth year students in the Thai language teaching department. faculty of education Yasothon Buddhist College that are teaching practice in schools, amount 23 persons by specific method. and a quantitative research.

          The research findings were as follows:

          Problems and problems in teaching practice of students 5th year Yasothon Buddhis Collage seminary, which consists of 3 areas which are 1) media and teaching materials, 2) supervisors and 3) students' readiness. Is a problem and is relevant for teaching practice in schools overall is at a high level.

          Factors influencing student teaching practices year 4 of Yasothon Buddhis Collage seminary in 4 areas, which are 1) coaching factors 2) teaching assignments and activities 3) teaching support factors and 4) measurement and evaluation factors teaching influencing teaching practices in schools overall is at a high level.

          And students reflect the opinions that the problems in media and teaching materials, instructors, supervisors and students' readiness Is of the utmost importance to solving problems as well as suggesting that those responsible for educational institutions should strengthen their knowledge, competency in media production and use. In the teaching and learning process and measurement and evaluation for trainers to work efficiently should promote the teaching practice of students to be like teachers in the educational institutions there are attendance work according to plan and participate in evaluating activities in educational institutions.
