Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of the ability of the organization. Organization management Support from employers And organizational innovation that affects the efficiency of the outsourcing system. Using quantitative research methods The sample group used in the research was subcontracting company in the production of spare parts according to the design in the Bangkok metropolitan area, namely Bangkok. Samut Prakan Province Chachoengsao Chon Buri Province, Rayong Province, and Eastern Region consist of 7 provinces which are Chanthaburi Province. Chachoengsao Chon Buri Province, Trat Province, Prachinburi Province, Rayong Province, Sa Kaeo Province Specify the sample size 20 times of observable variables And using the multi-step sampling method The sample consisted of 300 people. The research instruments were questionnaire, data analysis using structural equation analysis.


           The results showed that:


          The support from the employer and the organization management Had the most influence on the efficiency of the subcontracting system, followed by the ability of the organization and the organization innovation, but when considering only the factors that directly affect the efficiency of the subcontracting system, found That organizational innovation has the most direct influence on the efficiency of the subcontracting production system, followed by the support from the employer The ability of the organization And organization management Indirectly affects the efficiency of the outsourcing system only.
