THE MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATION FOR EDUCATION 4.0

Abstract

         The purposes of the study were: 1) to determine the factors and indicators of the school-based management of school’s model under the local administration municipality in Thailand 4.0; and 2) to present the school-based management of school’s model under the local administration municipality in Thailand 4.0. The research process consisted of two steps: 1) analyzed the documents concerning the school based management of schools model under the local administration municipality in Thailand 4.0; 2) to determine the factors and indicators of the school based management of schools model under the local administration municipality in Thailand 4.0 by focus group discussion; and 3) evaluated the opinions of 109 school administrators with a rating scale questionnaire. The analysis of the data was accomplished by computation of mean, and standard deviation.

          Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that:

         1. Bared on group discussion all of experts were absolutely agreed with the factors of the school-based management of schools’ model under the local administration municipality in Thailand 4.0 were 6 expect so that decentralization, participation, system of development, role of community in education development, self-management and check; and balance and 30 indicators.

        2.Overall the opinions of 109 administrators toward the school based management of school model under the local administration municipality in Thailand 4.0were at high level.
