BUDDHIST PSYCHOLOGY PROGRAM TO REDUCE STRESS OF UPPER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract
Research article on Buddhist stress reduction program of elementary students Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya has the objectives of research: 1) to study stress Of upper secondary school students Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya 2) To create a Buddhist psychology program to reduce stress of upper secondary school students And 3) to test and present the Buddhist psychology program to reduce stress of Upper secondary school students Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya There is a research methodology which is semi-experimental research (Quasi experimental research). Elementary school students study Wat Map Pho School Wat Phadungtham School And Wat Nong Pa School Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, 9 people, parents of elementary school students studying Wat Map Pho School Wat Phadungtham School And Wat Nong Pa School Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya And teachers of elementary school students studying Wat Map Pho School Wat Phadungtham School And Wat Nong Pa School Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, total of 3 people, a total of 21 people, and there are 30 experimental groups. The statistics are mean, standard deviation and using t-test.
The research result showed as follows:
- There are 5 aspects of stress in the upper elementary school students. The cause or factors that because stress is 1) physical health 2) mood 3) learning 4) society and 5) environment and stress management with Kalyanamit gave advice
- The construction of Buddhist psychology program to reduce stress of upper secondary school students Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya found that Buddhist psychology stress reduction program of elementary school students Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by using participatory learning activities Centered on learners to achieve maximum learning efficiency with group closing activities (Close Group)
- Test results and present the Buddhist psychology program to reduce stress of Upper secondary school students Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya from the study, it can be concluded that the upper secondary school students When receiving a child stress reduction program, the child will have reduced stress behavior.
