MANAGEMENT MODEL OF “MODERATE CLASS, MORE LEARNING POLICY” IN SCHOOLS UNDER OFFICE OF PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA.

Abstract
The objective of this research is to study policy, concept, theory and condition of teaching and learning management by moderate class, more learning policy to know in educational institutions. Under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area 2) to develop a learning management model, reduce learning time, increase time to know in primary schools Bangkok 3) to propose a learning management style, reduce study time, increase knowledge in primary school Bangkok By using a method of research that combines methods such as quantitative research By using the sample group The administrators and teachers of the amount of 142 persons, 262 students and parents or relatives and 312 school administrators committee. Statistics using percentage, mean, standard deviation and qualitative research by interviewing 10 qualified persons / 10 experts in conversation groups / person
The research found that:
- 1. Policy on teaching and learning management that moderate class, more learning policy to know, has 3 related departments, namely the Ministry of Education. Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) and educational institutions to drive school curriculum implementation To be able to perform effectively, independently, to promote and develop quality students Have analytical skills Get full development as potential According to interest and skill School theory concept "Reduce study time, increase knowledge" by reducing academic study time and reducing time of organizing activities. 4 H is Head (brain development activities), Heart (mental development activities), Hand (activities develop practical skills) And Health (health development activities) which are consistent with the 4 elements of educational management, namely, cognitive education, ethics, crafts, and physical education, condition of teaching and learning management, reducing learning time, increasing knowledge The study found that every aspect had a high level of opinion. By sorting from descending to 3 rank, namely, condition, learning style of learners Desirable characteristics of learners Conditions of work and expression of learners and the aspect with the least opinion is the learning achievement condition of the learners

Executives and teachers must be friendly. Relying on the principle of Buddhism, namely Sangkhawab 4, in promoting activities, reducing time to study, and increasing time to know, so that learners can learn from activities that are full and able to apply in life in the 21st century
