AN APPLICATION OF IDDHIPADA PRINCIPLE FOR STUDYING OF STUDENTS IN PUNGTONEANG SCHOOL, LAKCHANG SUB-DISTRICT, CHANGKLANG DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE.

Abstract

The research objectives were as follows 1. To study An application of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2. To compare an application of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexs, class levels, average grades, and parent’s occupations and 3. To study the recommendation on the way to promote of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This is quantitative research, The samples for this research are composed of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in class 1 – 6, academic year 2014, sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, The samples are 108 persons. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire on application of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province which are designed by researcher to try out the alpha efficiency at .891, data analysis by package computer program. The statistics were applied as follows ; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t – test, F – test, one way ANOVA and LSD method (Least Significant Difference).

The findings were as follows ;

1. An application of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview was at more level ( =3.69) when considered in each aspect found that the aspect by Chanda (aspiration) was the highest mean ( =3.97) followed up the aspect of Viriya (effort) ( =3.64) and the aspect of Vimansa was the lowest mean ( =3.52) respectively.


2. The comparative result on application of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of average grades found that there were different as statistically significance at 0.05. but in terms of sexes, class levels and parent’s occupations found that there were not different as statistically significance at 0.05.


3. The recommendation on the way to promote on application of Iddhipada principle for studying of students in Pungtonaeng school, Lakchang sub-district, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that the aspect of Chanda was the highest frequency i.e. the aspiration to success in education and working and followed up on there should have the highest goal for studying.
