The Relationship Between Strategic Management and Organizational Culture in School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chachoengsao
Abstract
The objective of this research were 1) to study the strategic management of educational institutions under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Chachoengsao ; 2) to study the organizational culture of educational institutions under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Chachoengsao, and 3) to study the relationship between strategic management and organizational culture in educational institutions under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Chachoengsao. The sample consisted of 291 teachers from school under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Chachoengsao in the academic year 2023, which were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows : 1) the overall of strategic management in school under the secondary educational service area office Chachoengsao were at high level 2) the organizational culture in school under the secondary educational service area office Chachoengsao were at high level 3) the relationship between strategic management and organizational culture in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chachoengsao were positively collected at the high level with the significance level of .01
