Abstract

This research aims to study the level of knowledge management and the level a performance of employees in The Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Sisaket Province and to study the level of impact of knowledge management of the organization that affects the performance of employees of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Sisaket Province. Sisaket Province it is quantitative research. By collecting information from 381 employees of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Sisaket Province. Research tools include a questionnaire with a confidence value for the whole document equal to 0.96. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation , and inferential statistics , including analysis of multiple regression The results of the research found that 1) The level of knowledge management of the organization as a whole was highest in the area of knowledge identification, followed by the area of knowledge creation and acquisition. Learning aspect, knowledge management in a systematic way Knowledge processing and filtering shearing and exchanging knowledge and access to knowledge, respectively, and overall operational efficiency level the most include the time of operation, followed by the cost of operation.
