Abstract

The objective of this study is to study the opinions of the academic support staff at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Dusit District, Bangkok on the digital leadership of the school administrators and the performance of the academic support staff. 2) To study the influence of the digital leadership of school administrators on the performance of academic support personnel at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Dusit District, Bangkok. The tools used in this study were questionnaires.  Statistics used in the research include mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient statistics, Kramers V coefficient statistics, Tolleration values, VIF values, and procedural multivariate regression statistics in conjunction with analysis of documents, articles, textbooks and related research.

          The results of this study show that the performance of academic support personnel at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Dusit District, Bangkok, was the highest.  (x = 4.43) On a side-by-side basis, it was found that the workload side had the highest average (x = 4.45), followed by the quality of work (x = 4.44) and thecost   (x  = 4.44) and the time side (x = 4.41), respectively. And the influence of the digital leadership of school administrators on the performance of academic support personnel with varying levels of education and skills, including responsibility, preference for learning, self-development, communication and collaboration.  These elements have different effects on information technology integration and information-based management. Research has found that digital leadership of school administrators affects academic support personnel's performance by 21.2 percent, with a forecasting error of ±. 364 indicates that digital leadership plays an important role in promoting the development of skills and knowledge of academic support personnel and is a factor affecting the success of educational institutions in the digital age.
