Abstract

          This article aims to present an approach to increase the efficiency of administrative case file management in universities by applying information systems. The study method is to study, analyze, synthesize, regulations and related documents. An important conclusion was found in the design and development of an information system to increase the efficiency of administrative case file management in universities. It can be divided into three parts: user authentication, system information management, and database management.
