Abstract

          This study is exploratory. The objectives of this research are to study and compare teachers' perception on competencies of The School Administrator's Competency in the Perception of Teachers in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, classifited by  education degrees , an educational institution's size and work experiences. The sample group used in this research were 357 government teachers who performed teaching duties in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, the academic year 2021. The data collection tools were the research questionnaire, a 5-level estimation scale. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test statistics, and One-way Analysis of Variance. After the differences were found, they were tested individually by Scheffe's post hoc comparison. The research of the study found were as follows:


  1. The teachers' perception on competencies of The School Administrator's Competency in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, the overall and individual aspects were at the hight level.

  2. The results of a comparison of The teachers' perception on competencies of The School Administrator's Competency in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 can be summarized as follows:                                      (1) Teachers with different education levels have perception on competencies of The School Administrator's Competency in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, overall and in each aspect were not different.                                       (2) Teachers with different school size have perception on competencies of The School Administrator's Competency in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, overall and in each aspect were not different.                                                         (3) Teachers with different working experiences have perception on competencies of The School Administrator's Competency in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, overall and in each aspect were It is significantly different in term of statistic at .05, by teachers with more work experience They had higher opinion levels than teachers with less work experience.
