Abstract

          The objectives of this study were 1) to study the general administration of school administrators according to theperceptions of teachers in Benchasiri School Academic Group, Secondary Education Service Area Office 2 2) Tocompare the general administration of school administrators according to the perceptions of teachers in Benjasiri SchoolAcademic Group, Secondary Education Service Area Office 2, classified by educational background, work experienceand the size of the school The sample group used in this research,the total number of teachers in Benchasiri SecondarySchool was 241 by defining the sample group at the statistical significance level of .05 from the Cohen table (Cohen,Manion and Morrison, 2011, p.147). A group of 241 people were sampled and randomized by stratified random samplingby randomly selecting teachers from each school in proportion to the simple random sampling with a confidence value of .973 The statistics used in the data analysis were: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation andindependent t-test statistic, One way Anova, Scheffe's double test.
