Conflict Administration of the School Administrators according to teachers' perceptions under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Samut Prakan
Abstract
The objective of the research were 1) to study and compare conflict administration of the school administrators according to teachers' perceptions under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan, classified by educational qualifications, working experiences and size of school. The sample consisted of 333 teachers in the school under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan, using the Cohen, Manion and Morrison table. The instruments used for data collection war the questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, a t-test, the one-way analysis of variance and the test for paired differences by using the Scheffe's method.
The research results were found that 1) The teacher under study exhibited perceptions of conflict administration of the school administrators under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan. The overall at a moderate level. 2) The comparison of the teacher under study exhibited perceptions of conflict administration of the school administrators under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan as divided by the teachers who differed in educational qualifications and working experiences in their perception that of conflict administration of the school administrators under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan in overall and aspects not differences. 3) The comparison of the teacher under study exhibited perceptions of conflict administration of the school administrators under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan as divided by the teachers who differed in size of school in their perception that of conflict administration of the school administrators under secondary educational service area office Samut Prakan in overall aspects evince differences at .05 but size of school aspects mutual Compromising, Accommodation and Collaboration not differences.
