Abstract

          The objectives of this study were 1) to study the opinions of teachers on academic administration strategies based on 21st century skills concept of secondary schools In United Campus of Benjasiri Group under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2. 2) to compare the opinions of teachers on academic management strategies based on the 21st century skills concept of secondary schools in United Campus of Benjasiri Group under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2. This study was classified by educational background, work experience and school size. The sample group used in this research consisted of 241 teachers who performed teaching duties. by using a simple random sampling method. The consistency index was 1.00 and the confidence value was 0.99. The statistics used in the data analysis were Distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and independent t-test statistic by One Way Analysis of Variance if statistically significant differences were found at the .05 The tests were conducted in pairs using Scheffe's post hoc comparison. results of the research appeared as follows.


  1. The overall teachers’ opinions and each aspect on academic management strategies based on 21st century skills concept of secondary schools in United Campus of Benjasiri Group under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2 are at a high level.

  2. The overall teachers’ opinions and each aspect with different educational backgrounds and school size on academic management strategies based on skills concepts of the 21st century of secondary schools in United Campus Benjasiri Group under Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2 are significantly different at the .05 level.

  3. The overall teachers’ opinions and each aspect with different work experiences on academic management strategies based on the 21st century skills concept of secondary schools in United Campus Benjasiri Group under Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2 are significantly different at the .05 level.
