Abstract

          This academic paper aims to study the changes in education in the disruptive technology era in the year 2020. As a result, every life has been affected by this rapid and drastic change. Thus, the education system that existed in the past may not be consistent with the actual situation at the moment. The existing teaching may not keep pace with modern technology. Society is more complicated The world is changing fast, it's unpredictable. Disruption Technology transforms the Disruption Education model by replacing the old displacement, that is, students sit in the classroom instead of technology. Students sit at home through a virtual classroom. Teachers used to use basic media in teaching, replacing teaching with media applications. Therefore, it became something new immediately and called the new teaching as online learning. Education from the past to the present has been developed through teaching and learning in which teachers are targeted to create three learning areas, namely, mind-phisai, range skills, education in the era of disruptive technology. Teaching that must be intellectual and measurable by observing behavior, and the study can explain the philosophical conditions of education and learning theory as the driving force for education to develop over time. from future forecasts Preparing for an upcoming event Preparing to create teaching tools on the application Teaching through digital systems learning virtual situations Content design that takes into account the differences and readiness of learners and teachers for online learning.
