The Use of Innovative Social Platforms in Thailand

Abstract

         This article aims to present the use of innovative social platforms in Thailand. The platform refers to the online space that forms the basis for the development of applications, processes or other derivative technologies, as well as business models that create value by promoting exchanges and interactions between people or organizations. It is considered that during the transition from economy 3.0 to 4.0, the arrival of the Business Platform has changed more and more traditional business practices such as bookstore business, financial institution business, even the intermediary businesses between buyers and sellers in the new era are increasingly on the platform. It is caused quite changes in consumer behavior. However, in some activities directly related to the work of the state. The state should have a platform to facilitate such as contacting government agencies. It is a platform that the government can do, such as applying for various online licenses, education, healthcare, community tourism, sustainable agriculture, climate change, public transport, waste management and environment, etc. But if the state has done it, it must be easy and practical including collecting various data for further development of the system respectively.
