The Policy to Promote Smart City for Reducing Social Inequality
Abstract
This article aims to present the policy to promote smart city for reducing social Inequality which Thailand has set up criteria for assessing the value of setting goals in each area for development by having to understand, reviewing the roles of each city that is different and related to each other initially. During the past year, there has been a trend of urban development to all sectors. Whether it is the government, local, private sector, the public sector, the education sector, that is a response signal of the urban development era itself. In this regard, the government has jointly determined that there are several ministries to be responsible for jointly, to supervise development and implementation guidelines for future investments. It has defined a smart approach for urban development in seven areas: they are smart mobility, smart mobility, smart community, smart community, smart economy, smart environment, smart governance, smart building and smart energy.
