Application of good governance principles for local government administration
Abstract
Good governance principles are rules of good domination of country as a guideline for maintaining the country and society in order to develop both the government and people sector be able to live together in peace and in a correct way and fair. Therefore, this article was compiled and analyzed the application of good governance principles for the local government administration from literature reviews and related academic articles. The objective was to studied and understood about good governance principles for the local government administration and to proposed the application of good governance principles for the local government administration. The results showed that the problems for local government administration were management is ineffective due to non-responding to the needs of the local people and corruption. Thus, good governance principles were such as principles of law, moral, transparency, participation, responsibility and value were extremely important for the local government administration due to could solve of the management, corruption and organizational budget management. Which guidelines for applying good governance principles to corporate management including promoting the integration of the people, creating a process of public participation and human resource development in organizational management to could develop the local area for sustainability.
