Model of Effectiveness of the implementation of women funds in Phetchabun Province
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to analyze and investigate the operational effectiveness model of women empowerment funds in Phetchabun Province with the empirical data. The population were consisted of 1,198 funds managers of the Women Empowerment Funds in Petchabun province and the sample size was in line with guidelines of Hair et.al. The sample group consisted of 320 funds managers were selected by using a stratified random sampling technique, while participants from each working group were randomly selected by simple random sampling by drawing lots, Questionnaire was used as the research instrument to collected the data. A Structural Equation Model Analysis was used for inspecting the concordance of the model of women empowerment funds in Phetchabun Province with the empirical data. The findings were as follows:
The analysis result showed that the operational effectiveness model of women empowerment funds in Phetchabun Province fit with the empirical data with Chi-square c2 = 167.524, df = 143, P-value = 0.0787, TLI = 0.994, RMSEA = 0.023, SRMR =0.025, CFI = 0.995, c2 /dƒ= 1.171
