Abstract

         This research objectives were to study the factor affecting the digital technology acceptance of employees in private companies in Bangkok during Coronavirus disease 2019 situation and study the decision-making of using digital technology of employees during Coronavirus disease 2019 situation in Bangkok. The 400 samples were used to study by multistage sampling and using the questionnaires. The statistics used in analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, content analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics based on Multiple Regression analyzes.


         The research results found Factor of Perceived Ease of Use of technology overall level was at highly agree in all aspects (  = 4.00, S.D.= .445). Factor of Perceived Usefulness of technology overall level was at highly agree in all aspects มาก (   = 4.10, S.D.= .430). The decision-making to use technology overall level was at highly agree (  = 4.34, S.D.= .427).


         The results in analysis of the relationship between factors found that Perceived Usefulness of technology had the effected to decision-making of digital technology acceptance (Sig. = .939), meanwhile the factor of Perceived Ease of Use of the technology had no effect on decision-making at 0.05 statistical level significant.
