Working Satisfaction of Staffs in Thai Vietjet Airway
Abstract
This research aims to study the level of operational satisfaction of Thai Viet Jet Air employees and to compare the employee satisfaction factor of Thai Viet Jet Air employees. The data were collected by questionnaires given to 251 Thai Viet Jet Employees. Statistics used for data analysis was descriptive statistics consisted of percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation as well as inferential statistics, which consisted of Independent Samples t-test, One Way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference: LSD
The results of the research were 1) The level of operational satisfaction of Thai Viet Jet Air employees, the employees were most satisfied with the organizational commitment and employees (Mean of 4.07 and standard deviation of 0.43), followed by the work process creation and improvement. (Mean value of 3.94 and standard deviation of 0.57), the stability and strength of the organization (Mean of 3.72 and standard deviation of 0.59), the development and promotion of higher positions. (Mean of 3.72 and standard deviation of 0.66), the employee welfare and care. (Mean of 3.45 and standard deviation of 0.74), respectively. 2) From the comparative analysis of operational satisfaction classified by gender, age, education level, work experience, income and position of the employees who were differences with gender, age, education level, working experience and position, in overall their operational satisfaction were not different. For income classification, in overall, employees with different incomes had different operational satisfaction with statistical significance at the .05 level.
