The influence of behavior and satisfaction on motivation for using social networks of older people in Nakhon Phanom Province.

Abstract

This research aims to study 1) service motivation and service satisfaction 2) compare service satisfaction classified by personal factor 3) compare service satisfaction classified by social networking behavior 4) influence of service motivation on service satisfaction social networks of older people in Nakhon Phanom Province. The questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection. The samples were 397 people were the samples of the study by Multi - Stage Sampling. The data were analyzed by using statistics of mean, standard deviation, independent – samples t-test, one-way Anova and regressions analysis


          The results found that 1) older people have an opinion about their service motivation and service satisfaction social networks were at the high level, where service motivation has a mean score of 3.62 and service satisfaction has an average score of 3.59, 2) older people with different education level and monthly income have the differences of service satisfaction social networks. However, older people with different gender and age not have the differences of satisfaction to service quality, 3) older people with different objectives, channels, number per day, hours, time of use, composing, changing picture, and of private images in social networking applications have the differences of service satisfaction social networks, 4) and service satisfaction has a significant influence on the service motivation social networks.
