The Relationship among Community Communication, Organization Cultural and Public Engagement of the North Eastern Provincial Administration Organization
Abstract
The objectives of this research aimed at to 1) Study the level of community communication, organization cultural affecting to Public Engagement. 2) Analyze the influence relationship community communication, organization cultural affecting to Public Engagement of the North Eastern Provincial Administration Organization. The 346 respondents of collected questionnaire have been used to confirm the variables from 12 experts. The analysis statistic are means, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, deviation analysis and Stepwise regression analysis.
The results contribute that 1)The means of community communication of the samples, show at low level. The means of organization culture is high level including its components. The components of public engagement is also high level. 2)The correlation between organization culture and public engagement shows significantly in the same direction at .01 and r= .30. The factors in terms of gender and community communication such as knowledge share, influenced on adhocracy organization culture and could predict significantly to public engagement at .05 and = .465
