Abstract

         This research has 3 objectives as follows 1) to study the context and potential of self-management in the culture art constitution for the well-being of the community by the principles of Buddhism in Takuk district Khwao Sinarin District Surin Province 2) to study the process of creating a constitution community and culture art for the health according to the dharma principles in Takuk Subdistrict Khwao Sinarin District and Surin Province, and 3) to present a community constitution for community well-being following the Buddhist doctrine in the Takuk subdistrict Khwao Sinarin District Surin Province. The research model is a combination method of quantitative and qualitative. data was collected by distributing questionnaires from a sample of 327 people, In-depth interviews, villagers meeting, and group conversation descriptive data analysis. The statistics in the research were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.


          Research result:


  1. The general context of Takuk Subdistrict found that most of the villagers of Takuk Subdistrict are female, aged 60 years or over, primary education. They are agricultures who have average monthly income 5,000-1,000 baht. The potential of self-management in the art, culture, local well-being of the communities in Takuk subdistrict Khwao Sinarin District Surin province found that the overall picture is at a high level. Most villagers in the community protect to maintain assets are in the public interest of the community and participate in local politics. They like making merit or giving alms to others. Villagers in the community are proud to communicate in Kuy language or Khmer language. And they apply traditional Thai wisdom to Eating foods that focus on the use of native vegetables, including folk herbs, used in the treatment of diseases. But participation in helping each other in the community is a group called "The gathering to help at harvest time" is not as much as in the past, including fewer games.

  2.   The process of creating a constitution community and culture art for health according to the dharma principles in Takuk Subdistrict Khwao Sinarin District, Surin Province has 7 important steps. Which are the first step, organizing a villagers' meeting, step 2 shared responsibility, step 3 establishing a community committee, step 4 draft the community statute or agreement to stay, step 5 meeting to improve the draft of the community statue. step 6 announcement of the art and culture constitution for community health, step 7 organized transportation either in book form and distributed to the villagers.   

  3. In creating and presenting the community constitution for the well-being of communities, this was done by following the Buddhist doctrine in the Takuk subdistrict Khwao Sinarin District Surin Province. From the cooperation of government agencies, civil society, civil society groups, organizing a meeting for villagers establish a community committee, community charter draft by using Apinyadharma (condition of welfare) principles to create unity among villagers in the community. Principles of Sangahavatthadhamma for mutual aid and the 4 prayers for the development of the quality of life of the community which is the concept that Buddhists are familiar. After that, experts introduced the draft constitution. They proceed to the classification under the will of the villagers and the laws and good morals and adopted as an art and culture constitution for the well-being of communities in Takuk area for use together. It was made the Art and Culture Constitution for the well-being of communities in Takuk Subdistrict Created in this edition is 1 B.E. 2560 with the philosophy and concept that "Culture persists Unity and Love Community Villagers caring and considerate towards each other. Conservation of traditional customs Promotes good health Be safe in life and property. Living and knowing the ways of nature and the environment. Develop people to create jobs without debt " Which is divided into 11 categories, namely category 1, the philosophy and concepts of Takuk Subdistrict, category 2, persists culture, category 3, unity and love community, category 4 villagers caring and considerate towards each other, category 5 conservation of traditional custom, category 6 promote good health, category 7, Safety in life and property, category 8 Eating, Knowing the Natural and Environmental Pathways, category 9 develop people, create jobs debt-free, category 10 committee of the community statute and advisory committee, category 11 transitory provision.
