Desirable Characteristics of Graduates from the Bachelor of Laws Program, Humanities and Social Sciences, Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University in Agencies of Ratchaburi Province Employers

Abstract

The research purpose of the desirable characteristics of graduates from the Bachelor of Laws Program in Humanities and Social Sciences, Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University in Agencies of Ratchaburi Province employers were 1) to study the opinions of employers towards graduates Bachelor of Laws Program, Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University. In terms of the quality of graduates following Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education standards (TQF) and 2) to study the opinions of employers towards graduates Bachelor of Laws Program, Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University. In terms of graduates’ characteristics according to the university’s identity is “Wish to be good, Desire for knowledge and Industrious worker”. The population is government agencies, private organizations, and state enterprises in Ratchaburi Province. The sample consisted of 10 government agencies, private organizations, and state enterprises as follows: courts, the office of public prosecutors, the probation office, the office of legal execution, police station, military circle, local administrative organization, law office and state enterprises which are derived from purposive sampling. The used tools in this research are questionnaires with 3 parts. The statistics used in the research are the statistics used to check the quality of the tools to find the reliability of the questionnaire by using alpha coefficient according to the methods of Cronbach and the basic statistics used in data analysis are finding percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research revealed as follows:

1. From the study of the opinions of employers towards graduates Bachelor of Laws Program, Muban ChomBueng Rajabhat University In terms of the quality of graduates following the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education standards (TQF), there is a high level of overall opinions. The average value is 4.57.


2. From the study of the opinions of employers towards graduates Bachelor of Laws Program, Muban ChomBueng Rajabhat University. In terms of graduates’ characteristics according to the university’s identity is “Wish to be good, Desire for knowledge and Industrious worker”, there is a high level of overall opinions. The average value is 4.57.
